The value is aggregated in respect of a set of records in the CREG  (Course registrations) table.  There may be only one record in the set.

Each record in the set of CREG records is processed this way:

(a)   A matching record is found in the CRED table using E001 (Qualification code) concatenated with E030 (Course code) as the key.

(b)   If there is no matching record found, the value to be accumulated is zero.  Go to (d).

(c)   VAL(E036) is the value to be accumulated in respect of this record.  This may be a zero value.

(d)   Add the value to be accumulated to the value to be accumulated in respect of the other records in the set of GREG records.
