D.4 PRODUCING THE COMPRESSED FILE AND SENDING IT TO THE DEPARTMENT

After undertaking the steps outlined above and determining that the data in the tables are valid, reasonable and correct, the database is to be encrypted and compressed as a file in ZIP format. VALPAC.Net has a function which generated the encrypted compressed file. The use of the function is described in Section (L) of this document.

The encrypted compressed file is then to be sent to the Departmental contact specified in Section (C) of this document.

The due dates for sending the return to the Department is specified in Section (E) on Scopes.
