(d) For each record in the SPF Set:

* Get the set of matching records from the Staff FTE File, with the key for the match being E037 (Staff number) concatenated with E039 (Personnel record). This set of records is referred to below as the "SFF Set".

* For the SFF Set, add up the values for E043 (Staff FTE value). This value is referred to below as the "Agg FTE" for that SPF set.

* If there were no matching records found in the Staff FTE File, then set the Agg FTE value for that SPF set to zero.

(e) If none of the records in the SPF set has an Agg FTE value that is greater than the Agg FTE value for all other records in the set, then go to step (g).

(f) If one of the records in the SPF set has an Agg FTE value that is greater than the Agg FTE value for all other records in the set, then:

* for that record in the SPF set, set the value of E522 (Staff headcount indicator) to "H"

* for the other records in the SPF Set, set the value to "N"

* go to step (i) below.

(g) For each record in the SPF set, inspect the value of E039 (Personnel category). If one of the records has a LOWER value (e.g. "01" is lower than "02") than the others for E039, then:

for that record in the SPF set, set the value of E522 (Staff headcount indicator) to "H"

for the other records in the SPF Set, set the value to "N"

go to step (i).

(h) For the first of the records which were originally found for the SPF Set, set the value of E522 (Staff headcount indicator) to "H", and for the other records in the SPF Set, set the value to "N".

(i) Find the next set of records in the Staff Profile File which have the same value for E037 (Staff number) Go to step (a).
