Room proration key

DESCRIPTION:

A unique number between 111 and 999 which describes the proration of a particular room at the following levels : The first digit is associated with the space use proration and a different number, starting at 1, is chosen for each different space use code applying to the room. The second digit is associated with the PCS proration and a different number, starting at 1, is chosen for each different PCS code applying to the room. The last digit is associated with the CESM proration and a different number, starting at 1, is chosen for each different CESM code applying to the room. Most rooms will therefore have 111 as room proration key.
